"They shall be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor." Isaiah 61:3
In our efforts to serve and love our teachers, you will find us hosting Teacher Appreciation week, providing food for the teachers during parent-teacher conferences, and offering pick-me-ups throughout the year.
In our efforts to enrich and unify our parent and student body, you will find us presenting family restaurant nights, SkateCity nights, and hosting the Turkey Trot. We also provide a connection for each grade and class through the Room Captain program.
In our efforts to defray educational costs in the classroom, you will find us helping to pay for professional development opportunities and paying for approved teacher requests of equipment, hands-on materials, and/or supplies for the classroom.

In our efforts to build community within our school families, the Parent Association has developed PCS PA Family Connections. This branding (or title) will cover various types of initiatives aimed at connecting people within PCS based on certain interests, activities, or events. The first initiative of PCS PA Family Connections is called PCS PA Job Connection and is meant to connect PCS teenagers looking to be hired for occasional/part-time jobs and PCS families looking for help. This could include such things as babysitting, yardwork, moving help, pet sitting, dog walking, tutoring, housecleaning, or as mother’s helpers. Click on this link to find out more details about PCS PA Job Connection.
We have many opportunities for involvement. Please reach out to us via email if you have any questions or would like to help in any way.
Parent Association meeting attendance and PA volunteer service time counts towards fulfilling CMI hours. CMI stands for Count Me In, the PCS parent volunteer program.
