Park Christian School provides an atmosphere for 1st-6th graders that promotes active learning. PCS has knowledgeable, certified teachers who care for, nurture, and challenge their students while integrating the truth of God's Word into every subject. PCS is licensed through ACSI and AdvancED. Students are given the tools and opportunity to be well equipped to impact the world with their God-given potential.
In addition to the key skills taught in English, language arts, mathematics, Bible, history, and science, students also participate in art, music, band, health/physical education, and computer lab. Elementary students meet for chapel every other week and have devotions and Bible daily, along with weekly Bible memory verses. Although academics are the core of our mission, we recognize that a school environment offers unique opportunities for a well-rounded social, spiritual and emotional life. Opportunities are available to give students experience in serving others. Examples of past projects include: visiting nursing care facilities, supporting our troops, making blankets and cards and other mission outreaches.
